I bought Armani AR11244 on 11th February 2021 and today the pin on the clasp broke. Unforutnately the waranty does not cover any defects in the clasp, It broke on its own without any pressure. Even though, the customer service offered to send me a new clasp for free. Great service.I am also very happy with the fast reaponding service and the delivery.

Just received my watch , really pleased with it and the service was great .My experience from ordering to getting it delivered, only took 2 days to get hear , received updates on delivery and even given a time it would arrive ? it came right in the middle of the hour it gave me .Package was great .Overall if your looking for a watch I would more than happy recommend this company.

Although I havent had a chance to use the watch yet as it is a Christmas present, the process of ordering from Tic Watches and the speed of postage and delivery was incredibly fast. I ordered from the US site and live in rural Australia. It easily arrived faster than most things I order within Australia. Thanks for a great experience.
